Measure an existing ring

Grab an existing ring that fits your finger well.

Measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).

Use the below ring sizing chart to determine your ring size.
Measure your finger
Wrap a string or a paper strip around your finger where you’d like your ring to be.

Make sure that the paper or the string is comfortably pulled to your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit. Mark the spot where the string or the paper strip meets.

Lay the string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark, measuring it in millimeters (mm).
